J7 Heating Problem After falling in the water
Problem: please help me my Samsung j7 prime is overheating because it falls down into the water, the sound doesn’t work, apps don’t work and I can’t charge it. It just turned off. please I need your help
Solution: Since your phone fell down in the water and the water is a liquid conductor so it just damaged your phone's motherboard,
My best suggestion is to take it to service center they would do service and remove its water and short circuits, and they will dry it properly, that u would able to use again your phone normally,
And if you don't have time or u cant reach the service center then you should remove the SIM card and microSD from the phone. Then keep it in a bag of rice for at least 48 hours. The rice will absorb the moisture inside the phone(But this method can b harm your device, because if that water won't dry and you switched on the phone then it will b damaged permanently)
Once this is done try checking if the issue still occurs, the phone might be water damaged, In which case you will need to bring this to a service center.
Samsung J7 brightness Is Low Turns Off On Its Own After Rooting
Problem: I have a Samsung Galaxy J7. I wanted to flash a fresh stock ROM in the device because it was not working properly, so I rooted the device by installing the I-Root application from Play Store.
I successfully rooted the device which I made sure by checking it from a root checker application. I then installed Quick Reboot (ROOT) application from the Play store and granted root access to the application and restarted the device into recovery through this application. Since then the device is not responding,
When i try to power on the phone by pressing the power key the screen shows very low brightness and then turns off.
When i put the phone on charging no led notification is showing but the phone is heating up which shows its charging. I have tried to connect the device with a computer through data cable but the same happens screen shows very low brightness and then turns off, the computer shows installing drivers for your device and then says the device is disconnected. I have tried all key combinations for entering into recovery, download mode, etc but in the response is the same as above that's screen shows very low brightness and then turns off. I am very upset and want to fix it myself, please help. Note: Device is not liquid or break damaged it’s just that which i explained above. Please Help!!
Solution: It looks like the rooting process might have corrupted the phone software. The best thing that you can do right now is to flash the phone with its updated firmware file. You can get the firmware file from the Internet. You can also get instructions on how to flash your phone.
Note: When you flash your phone your personal phone data will be erased.
J7 Completely Frozen
Problem: My phone is completely frozen, power button not working and the screen is stuck cannot do anything to turn off or reset please help
Solution: Remove the microSD and sim card from the phone. Press and hold both power and volume down buttons for at least 10 seconds.
In case the issue persists then proceed with the steps listed below.
- Start the phone in Safe Mode. When your phone operates in this mode? only the pre-installed apps are allowed to run. Check if the issue occurs in this mode. If it doesn’t then it could be caused by an app you downloaded. Find out what app this is and uninstall it.
- Try wiping the cache partition of the phone from the recovery mode.
- Start the phone in recovery mode then do a factory reset.
- Note that the reset will erase your phone data.

Problem: After I updated to 6.0.1 my phone charging is very slow.
