Samsung J5 Hard reset
There are Some reasons you need to do factory reset your J5
- It may be locked, and you forget your gmail id password
- Some software fault
- Or you just need to wipe your data.
Factory reset or hard reset will delete all of your phones data, including photos, contacts and text messages. If you want to keep any of that stuff, you'll need to make your data back up first.
Method : 1
Resetting your phone from the settings menu
Click on Back up and Reset
Now you will see this menu Click on Factory data reset after that Click on Reset device
This is normal and easy method of resetting if you getting software problem or device is Unresponsive.
Method 2
- Switch off your device
2. Press and hold volume Up button, Home button then press Power button for up to 5 sec or till you see Samsung logo, After you see Samsung logo leave Power button but dont leave volume and home buttons.
3. When you will see android logo free up all buttons and press volume down button to Highlight wipe data/factory reset option, now use the Power button to select that option click on that using power button.
4. Now go down using volume down button till highlight Yes option, Now click on that using Power button.
That's it, All done, Now sit back and wait for completion.
