With the Operating System of Android v7.0 (Nougat), and The powered of Octa core (2.3 GHz, Quad core, M2 Mongoose + 1.7 GHz, Quad core, Cortex A53) processor It gives awesome perfomance to the user , but some where users getting some issues like
- Only Turns On When Plugged To Charger
Some times Mobile started turning off and flashing the Samsung Galaxy S8 screen until it’s plugged into a Charger, After getting some charge it turn on sometimes. When I can get it on, it usually only lasts for a some bit of tme before it shuts down again.
This problem is accurs due to given below reasons
- Damaged Battery
- Using of poor quality charger
- Using Poor quality car charger
- Starting your car while connected your phone to car charger
- Power button shorted due to Water
- Damaged or corrupted sd card(memory card)
- Damaged or corrupted Sim
- 3rd party Application
- Charging port shorted due o water, dust or by some micro conducting meterials like iron powder etc etc
Solution:
- Power off the phone wait for a minute and connect to original samsung charger, let it b fully charged now Power On and check
- Uninstall untrusted app like games or fake online earning app etc
- Remove Sd card (Do it after power off the phone)power on and check
- Remove Sim card (Do it after power off the phone) power on and check
- Clean the charging port by tooth pick(Do it after power off the phone) power on and check
- If still there is a dust or some thing then use a safety pin but be careful (Do it after power off the phone) power on and check
- Clean the charging port by dry tooth brush or small painting brush (Do it after power off the phone) power on and check
- Do factory reset.
- Check Now if the issue still same, then this is most likely caused by a faulty hardware component, Like battery, Display ic or power IC,
- Better to visit service center .
