Problem: Unable To Charge Device

When you facing this problem you can see battery with the grey symbol and a yellow triangle with a line through a black battery border. This was happened when you drop your phone into water, After a day or couple of day it shows error messages like “Unable to charge, Unable to charge your device, Make sure you are using a Samsung compatible battery and charger and that your device is properly connected to the charger”

Solutions:

Try cleaning the charging port of the phone using a dry Tooth Brush or small painting brush
Remove any dirt or any material that making short in this port
Once the port is clean check if the phone can charge.
If it still does not charge then use a different charging Cable (cord) and wall charger.
If you have a wireless charger then try charging the phone with this as well.
You should also check if the phone can charge from a computer USB port.

If the above Solutions does not make any difference then please bring the phone to a service center, This Problem is caused by a faulty hardware component, or some hardware components may be damaged.
