Step by step guide

1. Charge battery to 80%
2. Power off your device
3. Press and hold VOLUME UP key

Now press POWER key

Wait till you see FASTBOOT menu

Now tap on RECOVERY 

Now you are able to see RECOVERY menu

 

1. Now use VOLUME DOWN key to go down to reach WIPE DATA option
2. Use POWER key to Confirm
3. And wait till complete its process

It will wipe all data and your phone will runs like new...
