Huawei P10 not charging solution

Some time Smartphones stop charging due to both software and hardware reasons before start checking your smartphone Better to check your other hardware things like a charger, data cable, power switches, extension box etc...
After knowing that everything is fine except your device do process given below

Step 1: Restart your smart phone forcefully:
Both Software and hardware may leave your device unresponsive,
And the same thing happens with some bad or unsuitable apps. So better we will try to solve software problems first.
Now take your phone and do hold volume down button and press power button till your device restart and show you the android or Huawei P10 logo, jst release buttons when you see Huawei P10 or android logo.
Wait till phone start completely and connect your charger and check whether its charging or not.

Step 2: Switch off your device and try charging it.
Switch off your device and try charging it, if its charging only in switch off mode then it means your device charging port may damaged or it may water damaged.

Step 3: Switch off your device and run it in safe mode
Switch off your device and press volume down button and hold it and press the power button, till you see android logo or Huawei P10 logo, when you see android or Huawei P10 logo release power button but hold volume down button till you see safe mode in the screen,
Now check whether its charging or not.

Step 4: Your device may damaged physically
Yes if your device may physically damaged then it will never charge its battery, as its power ic, charging ic, charging strip etc etc may got damaged or loose connected.
better to bring it to your device service center...

Step 5: Clean charging port
Try cleaning charging port using your old unused or new tooth brush, using thinner or mobile cleaning "IPA" some times your device may not able to charge when there is dust or charging port may got damaged by water.
If given solution not working then bring your device service center
