VIVO V5 Black Screen while using

Black Screen while using is a common problem in almost every smartphone.

The reason behind this issue is

1. Applications
2. Firmware
3. Virus

Reason 1. Applications:
Sometimes some Applications causes problems to your mobile like hanging, screen dimming, black screening etc.
here is a solution for that just go to settings tap on applications.
Uninstall unwanted applications, like newly installed applications, unmatched applications like any third party games, like some fake earning applications etc After uninstalling applications check your mobile.
If your problem is still running then better do backup your data and do a hard reset...

Hard reset method:

1. Charge battery up to 80%
2. Power off your device
3. Press and hold VOLUME UP key

Now press the POWER key

Wait till you see FASTBOOT menu

Now tap on RECOVERY 


Now you are able to see the RECOVERY menu

 

1. Now use VOLUME DOWN key to go down to reach WIPE DATA option
2. Use the POWER key to Confirm
3. And wait till complete its process

It will wipe all the data and your phone will run like new...
  

Reason 2.Firmware: 
Corruption in Firmware is a big headache for mobile devices it happens from applications, viruses, and software corruption if you are confirming that this issue is not from the application then do a hard reset as shown as shown below

1. Charge battery up to 80%
2. Power off your device
3. Press and hold VOLUME UP key
4. Now press the POWER key
5. Wait till you see FASTBOOT menu
6. Now tap on RECOVERY 
7. Now you are able to see the RECOVERY menu 
8. Now use VOLUME DOWN key to go down to reach WIPE DATA option
9. Use the POWER key to Confirm
10. And wait till complete its process

Reason 3.virus: 
Someone creates Virus for fun, someone creates it for hack your data, someone creates it for some reasons, however when your smartphone got attacked by any kind of virus you should have to suffer while using your smartphone. 
the only solution for getting rid of this problem is hard reset or flashing.
As per my knowledge, your problem will get solved by hard reset only. 
do a hard reset as shown below

1. Charge battery up to 80%
2. Power off your device
3. Press and hold VOLUME UP key
4. Now press the POWER key
5. Wait till you see FASTBOOT menu
6. Now tap on RECOVERY 
7. Now you are able to see the RECOVERY menu 
8. Now use VOLUME DOWN key to go down to reach WIPE DATA option
9. Use the POWER key to Confirm
10. And wait till complete its process
